The 4th fundamental is humanities fundamental because of the direct correspondence between the 4th fundamental, the 4th ray, the 4th quality of Deity, and the 4th kingdom in nature, hence DK’s statement that the 4th fundamental to be “dedicated on behalf of humanity”. The 4th fundamental’s numerical key ciphers the perfect body of man with his seven etheric centers on the 4th plane. The 4th fundamental states that the seven sacred planetary Logoi are in primary physical manifestation on the systemic etheric 4th plane. The seven rates of soul vibration are directly related to the spiral cyclic wave patterns of precise mathematical rhythm of the seven soul rays of the seven sacred planetary Logoi. These rule the corresponding centers in the body of the initiate. Under the Law of Supplementary Seven the disciple uses his seven centers as transmitting agencies for this saving force. Meditation on the sacred numbers of the seven rays automatically begin to attune the seven centers to the wave lengths and frequencies of the seven lines of rhythm and, in my mind is an important teaching point to emphasize. The 4th quality of deity expresses itself via the higher rates of soul vibration of the seven sacred planetary Logoi of our solar system and their centers to the initiate via his or her seven centers.

We must consider that all ray cycles have their own “normal cycle” which is “set and determined” and therefore have their own unique fixed period of spiral-cyclic activity. The expression of the seven rays is chronological and they are named the time-keepers holding the clue to calculations of time periods or “seasons” as HPB states them to be. This is the key to the astrological doctrine that DK stated may be unlocked and was unlocked. The Clues and hints scattered throughout his teachings were gathered, checked and calculated using HPB’ formula on the time calculations of “ten to the third power. This is undeniable as mathematics is an exact science and irrefutable, and I note it has not been denied. The formula of the sacred numbers given by Master DK have been turned seven times and the fourth fundamental revealed as foretold clearly by DK, as such in 1988 one hundred years after the publishing of the Secret Doctrine of HPB. The treaties on the seven rays given by DK hold the most complete psychological key on the seven rays ever given. He indicated, did he not, that the astrological key was partly though not completely given throughout his dealing with ray numbers and spiral-cyclic activity, along “certain lines of approach” never given before that time. This is vouched by HPB as the cycles were then secret. DK gave much and indicates that the new astrology is 100% numerical. He deals much with numerology and gives the sacred numbers and deals with ray activity of outgoing and withdrawal and ray periods.

These are the hints and clues never before dealt with and so the fourth fundamental is there to be comprehended if so inclined. DK states that the understanding of the incarnation and out carnation of a ray is as yet childishly understood. The comprehension of ray mechanics, of ingoing and outgoing carnation and of the lesser and greater, soul and monadic, ray activity of the planetary centers is the true science of esoteric astrology and hold the astrological key to the Secret Doctrine.

Some learned students think that the numerical Astrological key given by me in 1988 [1+5+9+2+5+3+ 5+1+5+7 = (43) = 7] is not the whole astrological key to the Secret Doctrine. This was the 3rd key mentioned by DK that an astrologer could turn [on behalf of humanity] using his, DK’s hints and clues prior to 2025. Once again, I say, it does not contain all the cycles and I say this very clearly. It has never been stated that at this period in humanities development it would be possible for us to have such knowledge or the whole Astrological key details as indicated to be given by DK around 2025. I also said that the 4th fundamental is unequivocally stated by DK to be given by an astrologer with illumined consciousness as” self ascertained” and discovered through “human research” DK did say this and I think he says this because he is, in my mind, indicating first the turning of the KEY through his hints and suggestions, then the later and fuller expounding, 2025, upon that actual key. I have always maintained that the AKSD demonstrates these hints and suggestions with clear numerical precision.
I think the past 23 years I am clear on what I have and what I have not said and I will refer again to the point of someone that the key would embody simplicity. I wrote, “four propositions or fundamentals embodying in themselves much within the simplicity of the four. i.e. ’1. The Absolute Principle, 2. The Law of Periodicity,3. The fundamental Identity with the Universal Over-soul, 4. The mathematical rates of vibration of the seven spiral-cyclic rays (never given before).
Proposition four would be, IV. [1+5+9+2+5+3+ 5+1+5+7 = (43) = 7]. I have over the years also extensively discussed “Septiform Chronology. The Auxiliaris of Kronos or Time, the Seven Ray timekeepers, and the calculators of time periods.” It embodies in a flash of time the spiral-cyclic activity of the SEVEN RAYS as discussed by the Tibetan, their seasons and periods and so forth. This should not be confused [and it has been] with the 2025 date. The key has been turned as he DK said it would, then after 2025 more will be given to humanity.
HPB clearly discusses that each of the SEVEN RAYS are a number, the KEY is the reduction of each ray to a number comprising of the 10 sacred numerals. The key of SDP unveils the spiritual numerals of each ray, has this point been missed? No matter what time period or length of spiral-cyclic activity there may be the living numerical value has been revealed using the formula of HPB ten to the third power. She gave the veiled ” 1,000 is the number ten to the third power, and therefore the number 7,000 is also symbolical” I worked out the rest using the formula and the hints and clues of DK. DK states that in EA he gives “some indications as to the astrological key to The Secret Doctrine”. . It is the full emerging that embodies the sacred numerical values of the seven rays in the 3rd key 1+5+9+2+5+3+ 5+1+5+7 = (43) = 7 which are the ruling numbers of the Greater Zodiac of Ten. Whatever the ray cycle, keep in mind, it will be determined by the sacred number of the ray concerned and this is the basis of the 3rd key. The ten sacred numbers emanate from the CSS and are living spiritual numbers i.e., all that exists is numerical, planet, plane, round and race. Each are governed by the corresponding numerical rate of vibration and cycle with the number of “noughts” determined by the duration of the ray according to the racial cycle, but the first numeral is the key.
DK: I would remind you that there is an astrological key to The Secret Doctrine which cannot yet be given in completeness. I can give you some hints and suggest some lines of approach, and these, if carried in the consciousness of the illumined astrologers, may enable one of them at a later date to discover that key and then – turning it on behalf of humanity – reveal the fourth great fundamental of the Ageless Wisdom of which three are already given in the Proem of The Secret Doctrine. EA 7.

DK reminds us of the fact that there is an astrological key to the Secret Doctrine. This would then be the 3rd Key as the second was given in TCF. He reminds us that it was not yet given in completeness, but was given in hints and suggestions along certain lines of approach. These hints and suggestions, we are reminded, when carried in the consciousness may enable someone to discover the Key and then to turn it on behalf of humanity. This would reveal the Fourth great Fundamental of the Ageless Wisdom thatfollows the three already given in the Secret Doctrine.
AKSD demonstrates these hints and suggestions with clear numerical precision. Mathematics is an exact science. The numerical hints and suggestions on ray timing given in the ageless wisdom fit the suggested formula given in the Secret Doctrine. DK informs that the 2nd psychological Key was expanded from TCF and further given in the treaties on the seven rays with indications as to the Astrological key to the Secret Doctrine. The 3rd Astrological Key, AKSD, is the key to the science of ray timing and mechanics and of the sacred numbers. This further vindicates and justifies the work of HPB.
